The doctor listened, but its always difficult to get an appointment with the doctor you need to see. Find it is always difficult to get through on the phone. Reception staff is generally good.

All staff are helpful and friendly making it easy and quick to get an appointment. The waiting time could be improved.

I came to the surgery on 4 visits weekly prior to Christmas with my 3-year-old on 3 occasions was told she had a viral infection bad chest glands high fever etc. No medication is given on 4th visit admission to children's ward with severe tonsillitis though high temp, hospital staff were disappointed, it had come to hospital admission and said it could of been.
